Ingredients/Components
- potatoes, peeled and cut into 2-inch pieces - 2 lb
- margarine - 1/2 c
- parsley dried works fine - 1/4 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
How to make parsley potatoes:
In a saucepan, cook potatoes in water to cover until tender. Drain. Combine butter or margarine and parsley. Pour over the potatoes and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper. Yields 6 to 8 servings.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
