  • butter or margarine, melted - 1/2 c
  • minced fresh parsley - 1/4 c
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • potatoes, peeled and cut into 2-inch pieces - 2 lb

How to make parsley potatoes:

In a saucepan, cook potatoes in water until tender; drain. Combine butter and parsley; pour over potatoes and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
