Baked sliced potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- large baking potatoes - 4 item
- margarine, melted - 1/4 c
- salad oil - 1/4 c
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 1
- dried thyme leaves - 1/2 tsp
How to make baked sliced potatoes:
Cut unpared potatoes into 1/4-inch thick slices. Place overlapping slices in buttered 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Mix butter and oil. Brush slices with mixture. Put remaining over potatoes. Sprinkle with garlic, salt and thyme. Bake at 400° for 25 to 30 minutes or until potatoes are done and browned at the edges. Serve immediately.
