cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
soda - 1/8 tsp
margarine - 1/2 c
chicken broth - 1 qt
salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
finely chopped onions - 1/2 c
finely chopped celery - 1/2 c
finely chopped parsley - 2 Tbsp
finely chopped carrots - 1/2 c
warm milk - 1 qt
to 5 potatoes, chopped - 4 item
