- butter or margarine, melted - 1/2 c
- minced fresh parsley - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- potatoes, peeled and cut into 2-inch pieces - 2 lb
How to make parsley potatoes:
In a saucepan, cook potatoes in water to cover until tender; drain. Combine butter and parsley; pour over the potatoes and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper. Yields 6 to 8 servings.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
