Ingredients/Components
- butter or margarine, melted - 3 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
- minced fresh parsley - 1 Tbsp
- dried oregano - 2 Tbsp
- boneless, skinless chicken breast halves - 4 item
How to make italian chicken:
In a shallow bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, oregano, parsley, garlic salt and pepper. Dip the chicken breasts in melted butter, then coat with Parmesan mixture. Place in a greased 9-inch square baking dish. Drizzle with any remaining butter. Bake, uncovered, at 425° for 15 to 20 minutes or until the chicken juices run clear.
