Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- salad oil - 2 Tbsp
- orange juice - 2 Tbsp
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- diced celery
- can mandarin oranges, drained - 1 oz
- chopped, cooked chicken - 5 c
- toasted, slivered almonds - 1 c
- can pineapple chunks, drained - 1 1/2
- small seedless grapes
- cooked rice equals 2 Success rice - 3 c
How to make rice salad:
Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Let stand about 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend. Add remaining ingredients and toss gently.Recipe categories: Salads, Side dish, Chicken.
