Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1 tsp
  • vinegar - 2 Tbsp
  • salad oil - 2 Tbsp
  • orange juice - 2 Tbsp
  • mayonnaise - 1/2 c
  • diced celery
  • can mandarin oranges, drained - 1 oz
  • chopped, cooked chicken - 5 c
  • toasted, slivered almonds - 1 c
  • can pineapple chunks, drained - 1 1/2
  • small seedless grapes
  • cooked rice equals 2 Success rice - 3 c

How to make rice salad:

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Let stand about 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend. Add remaining ingredients and toss gently.
