- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1/4 c
- paprika - 1 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- fryer, cut up - 1 (2
- slightly beaten egg - 1 item
How to make parmesan chicken:
Rinse chicken and pat dry. In plastic bag, combine cheese, flour, paprika, salt and pepper. In shallow dish, stir together egg and milk. Dip chicken in egg mixture. Place 2 to 3 pieces at a time in plastic bag. Close and shake to coat. Place chicken, skin side up, in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
