Baked chicken and rice
Ingredients/Components
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- cans water - 2 item
- dry uncooked rice - 2 c
- whole cut up chicken or all thighs - 1 item
How to make baked chicken and rice:
Spray coat a large 12 x 18-inch baking pan. Wash chicken and lightly salt each side. Sprinkle dry rice evenly over bottom of pan. Arrange chicken (1 layer) over rice, skin side up. Spread cream of chicken soup over all chicken evenly. Pour the water over all. Bake 2 hours at 350° until tender.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Chicken thigh & leg.
