Ingredients/Components
- stick butter - 1 item
- sliced fresh mushrooms - 1 lb
- chicken broth - 2 c
- white wine - 1/2 c
- Italian bread crumbs
- fresh chopped parsley - 1 item
- boneless, skinned chicken breast halves - 6 item
How to make parisian chicken:
Preheat oven to 475°. Melt butter in pan. Coat chicken with bread crumbs. Arrange halves in pan of melted butter. Bake for 10 minutes; turn over. Bake 10 minutes longer. Reduce oven temperature to 350°. Arrange mushrooms around chicken. Pour broth and wine over chicken. Bake, covered, for 15 minutes.
