Panko chicken
Ingredients/Components
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- Dijon mustard - 6 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- parsley - 2 Tbsp
- chicken breast halves - 10 item
- Panko bread crumbs
How to make panko chicken:
Cut chicken into 1-inch strips. Whisk until thickened the Dijon mustard, butter and garlic. This mixture will thicken, you may need to warm in microwave. Roll in, then chill 10 minutes, parsley, Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs. Lightly spray cookie sheets and place chicken on sheets. Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes. Serve with ketchup or 4 parts mayonnaise to 1 part mustard.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Main dish, For 1 or 2.
