How to make oven roasted potatoes:
Slice potatoes into approximately 1/3 inch thick wedges. In a bowl, mix with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder and cumin (to taste). Place on a greased baking sheet. Bake 350 degrees, turning several times until golden brown on both sides.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
