Oven lemon chicken
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 2 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- butter - 6 Tbsp
- lemon juice
- salad oil - 1 Tbsp
- paprika - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- onion salt - 1/2 tsp
- thyme - 1/2 tsp
- garlic - 1/2 tsp
- cut up chicken - 1 item
How to make oven lemon chicken:
Basting Sauce:1/4 c. lemon juice1 Tbsp. salad oil1/2 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. pepper1/2 tsp. thyme1/2 tsp. garlic1/2 tsp. onion salt Coat chicken pieces in a mixture of flour, salt and paprika. Melt butter in a baking pan, add chicken pieces and coat with butter evenly. Arrange in a single layer. Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 30 minutes. Blend together ingredients for sauce. Turn chicken pieces and pour lemon sauce evenly over them. Continue baking until chicken is brown and tender, about 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
