Ingredients/Components

• salt - 2 tsp
• flour - 1/2 c
• butter - 1/2 c
• lemon juice
• salad oil - 4 Tbsp
• paprika - 2 tsp
• pepper - 1/4 tsp
• clove garlic, minced - 1 item
• finely chopped onion - 1 Tbsp
• thyme - 1/4 tsp
• chicken parts - 1 item

How to make lemon chicken:

Lemon Sauce:1/4 c. lemon juice4 Tbsp. salad oil1/4 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. pepper1/4 tsp. thyme1 clove garlic, minced1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion Mix flour, salt, pepper and paprika in a bag; shake chicken in bag. Place in baking dish; brush with melted butter. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Combine all ingredients for Lemon Sauce; cover chicken. Bake for 30 minutes more.
