- large baking potatoes - 2 item

How to make oven fried potatoes:
Preheat oven to 400°. Slice potatoes into thin slices, about 1/8-inch thick. Place flat on cookie sheet coated with vegetable spray. Bake for 10 minutes, turn slices over and bake 10 more minutes.
