Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- oil - 1/2 c
- paprika - 1 item
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
- to 8 baking potatoes, unpeeled - 6 item
How to make oven fried potatoes:
Preheat oven to 375°. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise. Repeat lengthwise cuts to form long thick strips. Arrange potato strips, peel side down, in baking dish. Combine oil, cheese, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Brush over potatoes. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake, uncovered, 45 minutes. Baste several times.
