Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- oil - 1/2 c
- paprika - 1/2 tsp
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
- large unpeeled potatoes - 8 item
How to make potato wedges:
Cut potatoes into wedges and arrange, peel side down, in baking dish. Mix ingredients and brush over potatoes. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes or until tender. Brush occasionally with oil mixture.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Side dish, Potato.
