Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1/4 c
- paprika - 1/4 tsp
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1 2
- large baking potatoes, unpeeled - 4 item
How to make oven fried potatoes:
Wash unpeeled potatoes and cut lengthwise into 4 wedges. Place skin side down in 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish or pan. Combine remaining ingredients; brush over potatoes. Bake at 375° for 1 hour, brushing with oil/cheese mixture at 15 minute intervals. Turn potatoes over for last 15 minutes. (These are wonderful with any roasted meat or fine as a snack.)
