- milk - 1/2 c
- egg - 1 item
- margarine - 1/4 c
- seasoned salt - 1 item
- corn flake crumbs - 2 c
- to 12 pieces chicken - 9 item
How to make oven fried chicken:
Mix egg and milk together. Roll chicken in batter, then into corn flake crumbs. Melt margarine in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Put chicken in baking pan and sprinkle with seasoned salt. (May substitute salt, pepper and paprika.) Bake at 425° for 30 minutes. Turn chicken; bake an additional 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Whole chicken.
