Ingredients/Components
- skim milk - 1 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- chicken breasts - 4 item
- rosemary - 1 tsp
- cornflakes, crushed - 1 c
How to make oven fried chicken:
Mix cornflakes with rosemary, salt and pepper. Dip chicken in milk and roll in seasoned crumbs. Let stand briefly so coating will adhere. Place chicken in an oiled baking pan. Line pan with foil for easy clean up. Do not crowd. Bake at 400° for 45 minutes or more.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Whole chicken.
