How to make oven fried chicken:
Mix flour, salt, celery salt, paprika and pepper in paper bag. Beat milk and egg together. Shake 3 or 4 pieces of chicken in bag at a time. Dip in egg-milk mixture, then shake again in bag. Melt margarine in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Place chicken in single layer with skin side down in pan. Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 30 minutes. Turn chicken and bake about 25 minutes longer.
