How to make oven fried chicken:
Remove skin from chicken; coat 13 x 9-inch baking dish with nonstick spray. Combine chicken and buttermilk in food storage bag; push out all air and seal. Whirl garlic in food processor; add stuffing mix, oil and pepper. Whirl; pour into baking dish. Shake off excess buttermilk from chicken and roll in stuffing mix; arrange in baking dish.
