Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 2 c
- stick butter - 1 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1/3 c
- can mushrooms - 8 oz
- thin spaghetti - 7 oz
- chicken, cooked and boned - 1 item
- cans chicken soup - 2 item
How to make chicken tetrazzini:
Cook chicken; bone it and cut in pieces. Cook the spaghetti as directed; drain and saute mushrooms in butter. Combine soup, sour cream and 1/2 cheese and mix well. Add chicken and place in 9 x 13-inch casserole dish; sprinkle remaining cheese over top. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
