Ingredients/Components
- large baking potatoes - 5 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- bacon strips - 10 item
How to make oven baked potatoes:
Thoroughly wash potatoes and pat dry. Slice potatoes in half, lengthwise. Sprinkle onions across top of 1 half and top with the other half. Wrap bacon slices around potatoes to hold them together. Wrap in aluminum foil and place in baking pan. Bake at 350° for 2 hours or until tender.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Time to make, Side dish.
