- pkg - 1 oz
- water - 1 c
- shortening - 1 Tbsp
- cashew nuts - 1/4 c
- soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
- chicken bouillon cube - 1 item
- chow mein noodles - 2 c
- pork chops - 1 lb
How to make oriental pork chops:
Dice pork chops and saute in shortening. Drain fat. Set meat aside. Grease 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.In large bowl, combine pork chops, Oriental vegetables, soy sauce, noodles and dissolved bouillon cube. Pour the mixture into the casserole dish. Garnish with nuts. Bake, covered, for 30 minutes at 350°.
