Ingredients/Components
- water - 3/4 c
- shortening - 1 Tbsp
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- chicken bouillon cube - 1 item
- pork chops - 6 item
- medium onion, sliced thin - 1 item
- potatoes, peeled and quartered - 6 item
How to make pork chop supper:
Heat shortening in large skillet or electric frypan. Brown chops on both sides. Season with salt and pepper. Add bouillon cube dissolved in water. Place potatoes on top of chops. Cover tightly; reduce heat and cook 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
