Ingredients/Components
- flour for dusting - 1 item
- + 2 Tbsp - 1/4 c
- Tony Chachere seasoning - 1 item
- vegetable oil or olive oil - 2 Tbsp
- to 8 pork chops depending on size - 4 item
- 1/2 bell peppers, cut in strips - 1 item
- medium large onion, sliced - 1 item
How to make oriental pork chops:
Sprinkle chops with Tony Chachere seasoning and dust lightly with flour. Brown in oil in skillet with tight fitting lid. Cover chops with peppers and onions and pour soy sauce over all. Cover tightly and reduce heat. Cook for about 25 minutes, turning once.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Meat, Pork.
