- flour - 1/2 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- cream - 1 c
- sherry wine - 1/4 c
- pimento - 1/4 c
- chicken stock - 2 c
- blanched almonds - 1/2 c
- sliced water chestnuts - 1 c
- cubed cooked chicken - 2 c
- sauteed mushrooms - 1/2 c
How to make oriental chicken:
Melt butter and add flour and salt; cook until bubbly. Add cream, milk and chicken broth, stirring until smooth. Add all remaining ingredients. Serve over rice.Recipe categories: Chicken, Poultry, Meat.
