Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- biscuit mix - 3 c
- orange juice
How to make orange-pecan muffins:
Beat cream cheese with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add biscuit mix and sugar; mix well. Add the remaining ingredients, stirring just until moistened. Spoon into greased muffin pans, filling 2/3 full. Bake at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes. Yields 1 1/2 dozen.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Muffins.
