  • chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless - 4 item
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • butter, melted - 1/2 c
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
  • dry mustard - 1 tsp
  • 5 oz

How to make onion crusted chicken:

Place chicken between plastic wrap and flatten. Salt and pepper. Combine butter, Worcestershire sauce and mustard. Stir well. Dredge chicken in butter mixture, then in crushed onion rings. Arrange in baking dish. Top with remaining onion. Drizzle remaining butter over top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
