Onion crusted chicken
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter or margarine, melted - 1/2 c
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- 5 oz
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- chicken breasts, split, skinned and boned - 4 item
How to make onion crusted chicken:
Place each piece of chicken between two sheets of wax paper and flatten to 1/4-inch using meat mallet or rolling pin. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Combine butter, Worcestershire sauce and mustard. Stir well. Dredge chicken in butter mixture, then in crushed onion rings.Arrange chicken in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Top with remaining onion rings. Drizzle with remaining butter. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
