Chocolate cream cheese cake
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- margarine, softened - 1/2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- powdered sugar, sifted
- milk, room temperature - 1/3 c
- unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled - 4 sq
- eggs - 3 item
- all-purpose flour
- baking flour - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- milk
How to make chocolate cream cheese cake:
Cream together cheese, 1/2 cup margarine and vanilla. Alternately beat in sugar and 1/3 cup milk. Blend in chocolate. Remove 2 cups to save for frosting. Cream together remaining chocolate mixture and margarine. Add eggs; beat well. Stir in dry ingredients. Beat into creamed mixture alternately with remaining milk. Pour into 2 greased and floured 9 x 1 1/2-inch cake pans. Bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes. Cool in pans 10 minutes. Remove. Cool on racks.
