- melted butter - 1/4 c
- onion soup mix - 1/2 pkg
- grated cheese - 1/2 c
- loaf French bread - 1 item
How to make onion bread:
Cut thawed bread into half and then into 12 pieces. Make a pocket into pieces of bread and stuff with cheese. Pinch together and then dip in melted butter and soup mix. Let rise until doubled. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Yeast breads, Jewish (ashkenazi).
