- eggs, well beaten - 2 item
- dry bread crumbs - 2/3 c
- envelope Lipton onion soup mix - 1 item
- pork chops 1/2-inch thick - 8 item
How to make onion baked pork chops:
Preheat oven to 350°. Combine soup mix with bread crumbs. Dip chops in egg, then bread crumb mixture, coating well. Place in lightly greased large shallow baking pan and drizzle, if desired, with melted butter. Bake, turning once, 1 hour or until chops are tender.
