Ingredients/Components
- eggs, well beaten - 2 item
- dry bread crumbs - 2/3 c
- pork chops 1/2-inch thick - 8 item
- envelope Lipton golden onion soup mix or Lipton onion soup mix - 1 item
How to make golden pork chops:
Combine golden onion soup mix with bread crumbs. Dip chops in eggs, then bread crumb mixture, coating well. Place in lightly greased large shallow baking pan; drizzle with melted butter (optional).
