- eggs - 4 item
- sour cream - 2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- melted margarine - 2/3 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- plain flour - 2 c
- light brown sugar, packed - 2 c
- oats - 2 c
How to make oatmeal muffins:
Combine oats and sour cream. Stir in melted margarine, eggs and brown sugar; mix well. Sift together flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Stir into oat mixture. Divide into 2 (12-cup) muffin pans. Bake at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Muffins.
