  • sour cream - 2 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • melted margarine - 2/3 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • plain flour - 2 c
  • light brown sugar, packed - 2 c
  • oats - 2 c

How to make oatmeal muffins:

Combine oats and sour cream. Stir in melted margarine, eggs and brown sugar; mix well. Sift together flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Stir into oat mixture. Divide into 2 (12-cup) muffin pans. Bake at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes.
