Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- cocoa - 4 Tbsp
- stick butter - 1 item
- peanut butter - 1/2 c
- milk or cream - 1/2 c
- uncooked quick oatmeal - 2 c
How to make oatmeal cookies:
Bring to full boil sugar, milk, butter and cocoa. Add peanut butter and vanilla, then stir in oatmeal. Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper and allow time to cool.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Hand Formed cookies.
