- sugar
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- coconut - 1 c
- oil - 1 c
- soda - 2 tsp
- cocoa - 1/4 c
- shredded carrots - 2 c
- orange juice - 1/2 c
How to make chocolate carrot cake:
Grease and flour Bundt pan. Beat the first ten ingredients together, then stir in carrots and coconut. Spoon into Bundt pan. Bake at 375° for 50 or 55 minutes. Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Remove from pan. Serves 16.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, < 60 mins.
