Chocolate carrot cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• eggs - 4 item
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour - 2 c
• coconut - 1 c
• oil - 1 c
• soda - 2 tsp
• cocoa - 1/4 c
• shredded carrots - 2 c
• orange juice - 1/2 c

How to make chocolate carrot cake:

Grease and flour Bundt pan. Beat the first ten ingredients together, then stir in carrots and coconut. Spoon into Bundt pan. Bake at 375° for 50 or 55 minutes. Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Remove from pan. Serves 16.
