Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 4 item
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • oil - 1/2 c
  • poppy seed - 1/3 c
  • box yellow cake mix - 1 item
  • small box instant vanilla pudding - 1 item
  • cream sherry - 1/2 c

How to make poppy seed bundt cake:

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Beat 5 minutes with mixer. Place batter in greased Bundt pan. Bake 1 hour at 350°. Let rest in the pan on a rack 15 minutes. If you want to make a glaze for the top, use powdered sugar and butter and add cream sherry, if desired.
