Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 1 item
- water - 1 c
- raw rice - 1 c
- can onion soup - 1 item
- can drained mushrooms - 1 item
How to make mushroom rice:
Melt butter and brown rice. Remove to 1 1/2-quart casserole dish and pour remaining ingredients. Add salt to taste. Cover and bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Side dish, Rice, Short Grain rice.
