Mozzarella chicken

flour - 1/2 c
butter - 4 Tbsp
egg, slightly beaten - 1 item
salt and pepper - 1 item
slices Mozzarella cheese - 4 item
boneless chicken breasts - 4 item
seasoned bread crumbs - 1/2 c

How to make mozzarella chicken:

Flatten chicken between sheets of wax paper. Spread butter over each piece and season with salt and pepper. Place 1 slice Mozzarella cheese over each piece. Roll up and fasten with toothpicks. Roll each in flour, dip in egg and then roll in bread crumbs. Place in a medium size casserole. Cover and bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Remove cover and bake 15 minutes longer.
