- pecan pieces - 1 c
- cans Hungry Jack buttermilk flaky biscuits - 2 item
- sugar - 1/2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- Glaze:1 stick margarine
- milk - 3 Tbsp
How to make monkey bread:
Glaze:1 stick margarine1 c. sugar3 Tbsp. milk Preheat oven to 350°. Spray Bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray. Cover bottom with pecans. Cut biscuits into 1/4's. In large bowl with lid, mix sugar and cinnamon. Add biscuits. Cover and shake until coated. Place in pan and pour any remaining sugar and cinnamon over biscuits.Bring to boil ingredients for glaze. Pour over biscuits. Bake 25 minutes. Cool 6 minutes. Turn out on plate.
