Ingredients/Components

  • box Pillsbury Plus cake mix yellow - 1 item
  • can mandarin orange slices - 1 or
  • large container Cool Whip - 1 item
  • can crushed pineapple - 1 item
  • small box vanilla instant pudding - 1 item
  • chopped pecans - 1/2 1
  • oil - 3/4 c

How to make pig picking cake:

Drain water from orange slices. Mix into cake mix; blend with mixer for 1 minute. Bake according to package directions. Make 4 small layers.

Mix Cool Whip, pudding mix, pecans and pineapple together for icing. Drain pineapple before placing into the mixture.
