Chocolate sheet cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 2 tsp
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• milk - 6 Tbsp
• salt - 1/8 tsp
• flour - 2 c
• water - 1 c
• oil - 1/2 c
• cocoa - 1/3 c
• box powdered sugar - 1 item
• stick margarine or butter - 1 item
• pecan pieces - 1 c
• buttermilk with 1 tsp - 1/2 c
• Icing:1 stick margarine or butter

How to make chocolate sheet cake:

Icing:1 stick margarine or butter 5-6 Tbsp. cocoa6 Tbsp. milk1 box powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla1 c. pecan pieces Mix first 4 ingredients together in bowl. Bring next 5 ingredients to a boil in a saucepan. Pour hot ingredients over dry ones. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat well and pour into a 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.

ICING: Melt first 3 ingredients, then add last 3 ingredients. Stir until well blended. Take off burner and wait 5 minutes before spreading on cooled cake.
