Mom's lasagna
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 3/4 c
- ground beef - 1 2
- cottage cheese - 1 lb
- oregano
- can tomato paste - 1 oz
- Mozzarella cheese - 3 4
- each cans tomato sauce - 2 oz
- small to medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- box noodles - 1 oz
How to make mom's lasagna:
Brown ground beef (drain). Add garlic powder, onion, salt, oregano and tomato sauce and paste. Cook until thick, about 5 to 20 minutes. Cook noodles according to directions. In 2-quart casserole dish, layer noodles, Mozzarella cheese, cottage cheese, tomato mix and Parmesan cheese. Make 3 layers like the list.
