Noodle rice pilaf
Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1/4 c
- chicken broth - 3 c
- raw rice - 1 c
- broken vermicelli - 1/2 c
How to make noodle rice pilaf:
In saucepan, over medium-high heat, saute vermicelli until browned, stirring constantly. Stir in rice. Stir in broth. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover. Simmer 20 minutes or until rice is tender and broth is absorbed. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Pasta, Main dish, Long Grain rice.
