Ingredients/Components

  • hamburger - 2 lb
  • hot dogs, ground - 1 lb
  • cracker crumbs - 2 c
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • salt - 2 tsp
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • brown sugar
  • vinegar - 2 Tbsp
  • water - 1 c

How to make mock ham loaf:

Glaze:1 1/2 c. brown sugar2 Tbsp. vinegar1 c. water Mix and add 1/2 of glaze with hamburger mix, then put in loaf pan. Pour rest over top. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
