Mock ham loaf

Ingredients/Components

• salt - 1 tsp
• brown sugar
• water - 1/2 c
• vinegar - 1/2 tsp
• egg, beaten - 1 item
• pepper to taste - 1 item
• cracker crumbs - 1 c
• hamburg - 1 lb
• hot dogs, ground - 1/2 lb

How to make mock ham loaf:

Glaze:3/4 c. brown sugar1/2 c. water1/2 tsp. vinegar Mix hamburg, hot dogs, cracker crumbs, egg, salt and pepper. Mix glaze and add 1/2 of the glaze to the meat. When mixed, put in a pan and put the other half of the glaze on top of the meat loaf. Bake 1 hour at 350°.
