Souper meat 'n potato pie
Ingredients/Components
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- ground beef - 1 lb
- onion - 1/4 c
- egg, slightly beaten - 1 item
- fine dry bread crumbs - 1/4 c
- chopped parsley - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- mashed taters - 2 c
- cheese - 1/4 c
How to make souper meat 'n potato pie:
Mix thoroughly 1/2 of soup, beef, onion, egg, bread crumbs, parsley and seasoning. Press in 9-inch pie pan and bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Spoon off fat. Frost with potatoes and top with remaining soup and cheese. Bake 10 minutes or more.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, One Dish meal.
