- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- butter - 1 c
- evaporated milk - 1/2 c
- cocoa - 1/3 c
- self-rising flour
- jar marshmallow cream - 1 item
- Icing:1 stick butter
How to make mississippi mud cake:
Icing:1 stick butter1/2 c. evaporated milk1/2 c. cocoa1 tsp. vanilla Melt butter. Add cocoa, sugar, eggs and flour. Beat well. Pour in 13 x 9 x 2-inch greased pan. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes. Remove from oven. Spread marshmallow cream while cake is still hot.Mix icing, beating it very hard and spread over cake while marshmallow cream is still hot.
